North Central Ohio’s
Real Estate Agency That Cares
At Frank Van Dresser Team: RE/MAX Quality Realty, we think buying or selling your home is about more than the end result—it’s about the experience. Call today to see why 90% of our business comes from existing clients and referrals!
Who We Are
With over 30 years of combined experience, we are one of the top real estate agencies nationwide. We believe that by putting our heads together and working as a team, we’re able to give our clients exactly what they are looking for. We create relationships with clients that go beyond agent and client—we build lifelong relationships.
Meet Frank
Frank Van Dresser is a second-generation realtor who learned the tricks of the trade from his father, Frank W. Van Dresser. His father sold real estate for 26 years and successfully built his by-referral-only business from satisfied past clients.
After four years in the industry, Frank Van Dresser purchased this business upon his father’s retirement in 2006. He continues to operate it with the same honesty, integrity, and work ethic that it was built upon. Frank’s family also heavily invested in real estate, giving him plenty of exposure to all aspects of the industry.
Frank’s diverse work background gives him a leg up in the real estate business. Five years of residential construction experience with the area-elite Grande Maison Construction Co., helps him analyze homes and properties with a unique eye.
His degree from Ohio Northern University focused on management, sales, negotiating, and the development of strong interpersonal communication skills. Frank’s skills and attention to detail not only allow him to communicate and interact with a wide variety of home buyers and sellers. He is capable of focusing on and meeting the unique needs of every individual client.

Frank enjoys fitness, reading, all sports, the outdoors, board and card games, and coaching youth sports. He especially enjoys doing these things with his family!

Giving Back to the Community
We like to support multiple causes in the community and change it up from time to time, depending on needs and other factors. We spent about three years volunteering quarterly at When Pigs Fly, a boutique store in Norwalk, OH, that supports the Piggyback Foundation. The Piggyback Foundation helps families during times of cancer and life-changing illnesses. We love the mission of When Pigs Fly and the Piggyback Foundation and we look forward to continuing to support this wonderful cause in the future!
We’ve also volunteered every other month for a few years with the Non-Food Bank of Huron County, helping to distribute non-food essential items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, detergent, etc. to people in need.
Other community based activities we’ve been involved in are: A canned food drive for the food bank, “Adopt a Family” at Christmas time, and buying Christmas gifts for nursing home residents. We’ve also hosted an Environmental Day to allow nursing home residents to recycle electronics, clothes, books, DVD’s, paper, plastic, aluminum, as well as secure sensitive document destruction shredding.
Frank forged his intense work ethic growing up on a livestock farm. This experience later led to his position as Huron County Jr. Fair Sheep Superintendent in 1999. Not only is he still a Sheep Superintendent, he’s also active in the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, FTMC Finance Committee, Fisher Titus Foundation Board, NCS Hall of Fame Committee, and the St. Paul Church Adoration Chapel Team. He’s also the Healthy Kids Running Series Coordinator and coaches various sports for his kids. Frank’s prior involvement included Rotary President, Jaycees-President, IRN-President, Kiwanis, NCS Governing Board-Vice Chair, and served as the SPH Varsity Football Assistant Coach for four years.
